Inspired by the famous U Kywi in Bogyoke market, wheat noodles and braised pork ribs are tossed in garlic oil and spring onions. Simple but beautiful.
Hand-tossed noodle salad made with stripped boiled chicken, homemade chilli oil, toasted pea flour, hard-boiled egg and crispy yellow noodles.
We start by cooking the chicken thigh in coconut milk and turmeric, combining with a pea broth, adding shallots and then serving with egg noodles and a hard boiled duck egg.
Catfish and daggertooth, two of the sweetest local fish, sautéed lemongrass & chicken peas into a rich broth. Served with soft boiled egg, fried gourd, pea, onion fritters and homemade fish cakes.
